After Hunger Strikes, Prisoners at Otay Mesa Detention Center Blocked from Communicating with Support Group

In immigration news, prisoners held at the Otay Mesa Detention Center in San Diego have reportedly been blocked from communicating with members of the group Otay Mesa Detention Resistance. The activist group has been instrumental in documenting the conditions at the privately run immigrant jail and offered support during recent hunger strikes.
