Civil Rights Icon and Georgia Congressmember John Lewis Laid to Rest

In Georgia, family members, lawmakers and dignitaries gathered to honor the life of civil rights legend and Congressman John Lewis, who represented Atlanta for more than three decades and became known as the conscience of Congress. Former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton spoke, and Barack Obama delivered the eulogy. President Donald Trump was notably absent.
