On Friday, Doctors Without Borders said thousands of residents are trapped in Jabaliya. The group said, “Nobody is allowed to get in or out. Anyone who tries is getting shot.” One Palestinian diplomat, Majed Bamya, decried the Israeli siege, saying, “What is happening in northern Gaza now is a genocide within the genocide.”
