In Lebanon, at least four people were killed and seven others wounded overnight when Israel attacked a southern suburb of the capital Beirut. The airstrike reportedly came without warning. It was the second such attack in less than a week and came despite a ceasefire agreement Israel signed with Hezbollah in November.
