Bush Foreign PR Czar Resigns

HeadlineNov 01, 2007

On Wednesday, Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Karen Hughes announced she will step down later this year. Hughes oversaw a series of marketing campaigns aimed at foreign countries.
