Quigley Wins Vacant Illinois Congressional Seat

In Illinois, Democratic Cook County Commissioner Mike Quigley has won the race to fill White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel’s vacant congressional seat. Quigley won with 70 percent of the vote.
