Toll Hits 116 in Iraq’s Deadliest Day of the Year

Bombings and gun attacks continued across Iraq on Monday, bringing the one-day death toll to 116. It was Iraq’s deadliest day of violence this year. Most of the attacks targeted Shiite Muslims.
