Twenty-four-year-old Austin Clay turned himself in to police Wednesday after he used a pickaxe to destroy a plaque honoring Trump. He was booked on a felony vandalism charge, before his bail was paid by James Otis—who dressed as a construction worker in late October of 2016 as he used a sledgehammer to destroy Trump’s Hollywood star.
