On Thursday, the federal government executed Orlando Hall at the federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana. Hall is an African American man who was sentenced to die by an all-white jury. He was the eighth person to be executed by the federal government this year. We misidentified her as Lisa Coleman, who was executed by the state of Texas in 2014.
