Vietnam Reports First Coronavirus Cases in Months; Just 1,000 Pilgrims Join Hajj in Mecca

Vietnam has reported several hundred new coronavirus cases, after months of recording no infections.

In Saudi Arabia, Muslims have begun the annual Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca with just 1,000 worshipers allowed to attend under strict social distancing rules. In normal years, 2 million pilgrims attend the Hajj.
