Excerpt of a speech by JOSEPH ROTBLAT of the Pugwash Group, a pioneering group of international scientists that opposed the development of nuclear weapons during the Cold War. Rotblat and the Pugwash Group won the 1995 Nobel Peace Prize. This is a rare opportunity to hear his voice and his words, recorded this week at the Steven Wise Free Synagogue in New York.
