Report: Admin Drafting Indefinite Jailing Authorization

The news come as the Washington Post reports the Obama administration has begun drafting new rules that would authorize the indefinite jailing of Guantanamo Bay prisoners. White House officials have reportedly backed Bush administration assessments that up to ninety prisoners should not be charged or released.
