Meanwhile, Syria’s Army says it took control of Abu Kamal over the weekend—the last town in Syria held by ISIS. The fight against ISIS has largely destroyed whole cities, including Raqqa and Mosul, leaving tens of thousands dead and displacing hundreds of thousands of people.
