North Korea carried out what is believed to be its 18th missile test of the year on Sunday when it fired eight short-range ballistic missiles from four locations. The missile tests came a day after the United States ended a three-day naval drill with South Korea in the Philippine Sea. Earlier today, South Korea and the United States responded by firing eight ballistic missiles into the sea.
