Appeals Court in Georgia Pauses Trump’s Election Subversion Case

HeadlineJun 07, 2024

The decision means the trial, if it even happens, will likely be delayed until after the election. The appeals court put the case on hold as judges review a lower court’s decision not to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
