Hurricane Beryl is making landfall on the Windward Islands, with meteorologists warning the Category 3 storm will bring life-threatening winds and storm surge across southeastern Caribbean nations. Hurricane warnings were issued in Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadine Islands, Grenada and Tobago.
