In a benefit performance for Access Tucson and KXCI 91.3FM, Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! will be at The Tucson Convention Center’s Turquoise Ballroom on Sunday, April 26 at 6:00 p.m. with a booksigning to follow the event.

Standing Up to the Madness tells the stories of everyday citizens who have challenged the government and prevailed-and also offers advice on what individuals can do to help.

Amy Goodman will speak about her new book at the Tucson Convention Center’s Turquoise Ballroom, 260 S. Church Avenue in downtown Tucson on Sunday, April 26, at 6:00 p.m. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Enter in Grand Lobby Entrance from Parking Lot B. The booksigning will immediately follow the performance.
