As healthcare legislation enters its final stages, the immigration reform debate is heating up in Washington. On Thursday, Democratic Senator Charles Schumer of New York and Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina unveiled a bipartisan measure that would force undocumented workers to admit to breaking the law and require that workers carry biometric cards affirming their eligibility for employment.
