Federal Judge Rules Trump Unconstitutionally Blocked Twitter Users

A federal court has ruled that President Donald Trump cannot block people from following his Twitter account, @realDonaldTrump. In a 75-page decision, District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald ruled that Trump’s Twitter feed constitutes a “public forum” and that his decision to block dozens of critical voices was unconstitutional.
